I actually bought this property on Feb 2022. Although I don’t live in Townsville, after comparing the data, such as the rent-to-sales ratio, future employment, etc., I think the houses in this area are good to invest in. But unfortunately, I've come across a really horrible family-run agency that looks like operates on a grandma's license, and her daughter and son-in-law, and granddaughter run the business. And very irresponsible, the turf in my backyard has even reached about one meter high, and snakes are evens there, and they didn’t notify me of the truth, and my tenants didn't pay rent, but still lived there for at least 3 months. Later they just told me that the house needs to be repaired, but when I rushed to the property, the house was almost full of garbage, and the washroom leaked everywhere. The walls, electrical circuits, sod, windows, and the whole house almost need renovation, and I was about to collapse... Fortunately, I came across Century 21 Aaron Moon Realty and meet a very kind manager-Melissa. She didn't treat me differently as I am an Asian migrant. She helped me contact the insurance company for compensation and helped me contact the repairman. I think If I have any friends who are looking to buy or manage property in Townsville, I will definitely recommend Century 21 Aaron Moon Realty and Melissa. When you can’t keep an eye on your property, you should find a professional, caring person with high moral standards to help you manage it, then Century 21 Aaron Moon Realty must be the best choice!!!
