I'm an interstate investor so I have many questions about the service, the property & the market, I fired off many emails & phone calls but Melissa was always patient & prompt in getting back to me. My property manager was less prompt to give updates with progress of the new tenancy but they respond quickly when I make inquiries. Thank you Melissa & Team

Incredibly efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Very Impressive Property Management Service
Century 21 Aaron Moon Reality managed handover of our property from DHA leasing followed by prompt listing and private rental of the property. The time between handover and rental was very short. We were very impressed with the service provided. It was highly professional with good presentation of the listing,well researched and documented rental applicant reviews and excellent communications with us throughout the handover and rental process. Highly recommended.

Great expertise and support
Melissa provide great support in our property handover from DHA, taking accountability of the handover and identifying numerous issues to be fixed prior to handover completion. Good research and advice on potential tenants also completed by the team. Thanks C21.

14 Years Working Together!
We have been been cared for as landlords by Century 21 Aaron Moon Realty for around 14 years as our agent for a number of our Townsville located properties. They have been with us through the good times and the tough times. What we have appreciated about Moon Realty is that they have look after the interests of both us and our tenants. They have taken our tenants concerns seriously and followed up promptly with us for rectification of property issues; this has served two valuable purposes; 1. Keeps our properties leased to high quality tenants and 2. Protects our investment. But most of all, they are just really nice people. We’ve had the pleasure of working side-by-side with many of the team. We are currently cared for by Kristen and Shantel and they are fabulous in their customer care as our property manager and assistant property manager. Our tenant needs and our needs are always promptly looked after. We have also worked with Katrina from day 1 and it has been a pleasure to have her as the Century 21 Aaron Moon Realty business manager.

Professional Agency with exemplary service

Great service
Ben was very helpful after a tenant broke lease. He suggested a mini reno since the tenant was leaving as the property was looking a bit tired and needed some improvement to retain value. He organised it all and kept in touch with quotes from suppliers. The work was completed and a new suitable tenant was found very quickly to the benefit of all involved.
