From my first meeting with Dereck, he was professional, well versed in the suburb and my house history. He gave me a realistic valuation, in the range that I was thinking and also told me about “virtual staging” as my house was empty at time of sale. We used this in the advertising, the photos in the ads were very impressive and really showcased the house. He communicated regularly during the period that my house was listed, during the negotiations and after the acceptance. I was very satisfied with the whole process. I would certainly highly recommend Dereck to anyone looking to sell a house in the South West. Also the sales fee was very competitive and well earned. All in all, a very satisfied customer.
