Paul was extremely helpful when I first approached him about selling our rental property, his knowledge of the market in Busselton allowed him to give us a realistic pricing range and time frame to sell the property in. The property was advertised over a period of a month and within that time we had multiple offers resulting in a sale . The final sale price was at the top end of the estimate that Paul had given us, so we were very happy with the outcome. I would recommended Paul and his associates highly and would definatly use him and his team again .

Viewing the house was slow process due to Christmas. We made a offer the tenant was not put on the paper work tried to make arrangements for the tenant to be out settlement got moved tenant stayed this was ok until second settlement date was set tenant was still there so moved again that's fine it suited us as well. After that there was no final rent inspection done before we got early possession lights not working smoke alarms 3 years out of date batterys 4 years out emailed to ask what is going on got told it's my fualt for not checking properly. Then they got it repaired but didn't fix everything then saying they didn't know but was in the same email. Then saying it cost so much to fix like that was so difficult. The beer given to us at settlement the missus thinks is a joke but i guess the thought is what the were going for. If you are going to use them triple check everything as they won't

I recently listed my home for sale with Dereck Walker and I highly recommend Dereck to anyone who plans to sell in the future. I was very pleased with Ziggy’s suggested marking method to look for offers on the property without showing a listed price. I believe he secured me the best offer I could have expected so excellent knowledge by him of the current market conditions. My husband and I have been looking at homes for about 12 months. We were not in a particular hurry, as we were waiting for the right home. We have dealt with many agents with both inspections and home opens. We were feeling a little exhausted with the process. Dereck was an absolute breath of fresh air.
