We were initially very weary of real estate agents after some of our family’s past experiences and after interviewing several local agents we decided to go with Sam due to his no spin and no BS approach that we really appreciated. He listened to every one of our concerns about the selling process, and was able to create a sales strategy that worked in with us and executed it absolutely perfectly. Even-though we were ready to accept the first offer, Sam put his neck on the chopping block and negotiated on our behalf, this is where his experience and skill came to the fore. He Came back with almost $150k more...$1,86 million…Happy days… we still can’t believe it. We achieved an awesome outcome and couldn’t recommend Sam any higher.

Have been dealing with many real estate agents for the last decade or so and have found Kevin to be way above the rest in the industry. When it came to market knowledge, communication and professionalism there wasn't any cutting corners.
