I first met Sam from Century 21 when I requested a valuation on our property. When it was time to sell our home, Sam had made such a good first impression that I didn't look at any other agents. Sam had excellent knowledge of the area and the clientele in this area. The impression I got from Sam is that he is a honest and highly proffessional sales person. The communication lines were always open with Sam and he gave me weekly feedback on the sales campaign. Sam recommended a great auctioner and on auction day we had a great turn up of portential buyer due to Sam's hard work by contacting everyone before the auction. I got a great result from the auction and I would highly recommend Sam to any portential seller.

Sam was a breath of fresh air. We were in the difficult situation of selling our unit from interstate. Sam was the only agent that told us how it was. He told us that the unit had cracked walls and was quite smelly. He sent video’s showing us the condition the unit was in and we were able to put new floors in, patch and paint with the help of tradies that Sam had on his books. We would definitely recommend Sam to our friends.
