I am very happy with sales process and the final sales price was at a price point I was happy with. The agent had a positive attitude and I would recommend the service to buyers and sellers. All aspects of the sales process were explained to me clearly and the sale went ahead smoothly. I was happy to buy before the auction and I think that was convenient for the seller too. I’m also using the company’s property management service and I’m happy with that service too.

My brother and I interviewed several agencies before we went with Nicholas at Century 21. We'd used Century 21 to manage the rental of 7 Santa Marina Ave and we were pleased with their management.
