I am happy enough with the agency although I will say having had my own home and rented it out I am disappointed in the landlords attitude on the condition of this property on possession . I also have concerns that the landlord may return as we where only offered a 3 month lease which I have never ever heard of unless requested by the owner. The home is in great need of some tlc which myself and Gary have worked very hard to tidy the place up . Natalie and Dale are very approachable friendly and professional although I would have liked to have been reimbursed for the many hours of cleaning it required on taking possession I do hope that we can remain in this property to enjoy and take advantage of our own money and hard work needed to get it tidied up.
