I think Rod had an acceptable understanding of the market. I think he put in a great deal of effort to receive a result. His position was made more difficult because there were the 5 of us as vendors. I think this meant that keeping us all posted and up to date was lacking somewhat and I did not understand why we were not given a written copy of any offer. We did not receive the price we would have liked, but are satisfied with the result. Rod did understand the emotional tie we all had in respect to this sale and was respectful and patient.

We had a very positive experience with Noel. A genuine person who has scruples. There were numerous buyers who were prepared to negotiate a higher price for the property we purchased. Noel and the vendor were absolute gentlemen in this regard and we were able to purchase the property as agreed. Noel has an in depth local knowledge which is an asset in the area we live in.
