If they were all like this....

We had a very positive experience with Noel. A genuine person who has scruples. There were numerous buyers who were prepared to negotiate a higher price for the property we purchased. Noel and the vendor were absolute gentlemen in this regard and we were able to purchase the property as agreed. Noel has an in depth local knowledge which is an asset in the area we live in. Very satisfied
