Jennifer exceeded our expectations

John has fully supported me throughall aspects of our personal rental properties and more recently
I have been working with John, for approximately 10 years. In that time has had full responsibility as the leasing agent/manager for some 5 properties and has performed brilliantly in all aspects, inculding rent negotiation, maintenance and all associated problems with tenant issues. He certainly has a "can do" attitude. More recently he took full responsibility for our rcent property sale. This involved preparing the property from the viewpoint of visible defects, through to the marketing plan, and pricing - also throughout the sale process he kept us fully informed.

Reliable and Enthusiastic
The first thing that struck me about Jennifer was her enthusiasm for her work and for the property. I found her to be reliable, following up with all she said she would. She has a naturally warm and friendly manner whilst maintaining a professional approach.
