Ken managed a couple of properties for us and was our only choice when it came time to sell our home. We did not get quotes from other agencies, trusting his extensive knowledge of our building and our previous interaction with him. He's thoroughly professional, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely capable. We asked for his view on certain key aspects of the sale and he was always straightforward in his response, displaying a level of integrity that is becoming more scarce in business. He was passionate about our sale and certainly went over and above in everything he did. Communication was excellent, even while we were overseas for the marketing period and the auction itself. We established a "preferred nett outcome" price for our unit sale with Ken and let him loose. He went above and beyond. We were continually updated on progress. There were no surprises. Pre sale refurbishment workmanship was excellent at a ridiculously low cost. His sale strategy was spot on and led to a satisfactory outcome prior to auction at a price that we were really happy with. Ken's handling of every single detail was superb. Besides that, he is a lovely person.
