I recently sold my Randwick apartment with Aaron and couldn't be more satisfied. He put tremendous effort into the marketing campaign, ensuring all the best buyers currently in the market knew about my property. His communication was excellent - I received daily updates on buyer interest and market developments, which provided great peace of mind. Throughout the entire process, Aaron offered expert guidance and professional advice at every step. Most impressively, despite the turbulent market conditions, Aaron secured a great sales price for my property. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell property in the Eastern Suburbs. His market expertise and client-focused approach truly make him stand out from other agents.

Aaron provided us with a clear sales path giving us options and suggestions as to the way to sell a 1 bedroom, well maintained Unit. He discussed the state of the market at present and explained the stages of sale clearly. Aaron was helpful throughout. We knew what outlays would be needed and so there were no unexpected expenses. He was always prompt with replies and listened our concerns carefully. He took over the burden of organising the sale from beginning to end: including advertising, open inspections, working with the tenant, and, finalising the contract. He kept us abreast of the legal requirements and worked with our solicitor on the complex contract details. From beginning to end Aaron manner was professional and thorough and it was a important to feel secure in what was done was done correctly. It was also a pleasure appreciating the easy, polite way Aaron communicated with the whole family. He guided us through what could have been a trying time smoothly to a successful conclusion.
