Aaron was always available for discussion about the selling procedure and progress as well as pertinent sale preparation advice. Most pleasing of all was the fact that the unit sold by auction for over $200,000 above the independent valuation. Additionally the fees charges were very reasonable and below that from other agents that I had canvassed.

Aaron was my agent at century 21 appointed to sell my newly completed apartment at Glebe. Right from the beginning Aaron showed diligence and commitment in achieving the best outcome for me. Even though the market was somewhat difficult and variable he showed a tenaciousness and persistence I have rarely seen in my experience. We were fortunate enough to secure our first property through Aaron at Century 21 Randwick. After spending several months in a very competitive market we met Aaron at an open house for a property we were interested in. We proceeded to the auction on that property and were the unsuccessful underbidders but concluding the auction Aaron approached us with details of another similar property he had coming on the market. A few weeks later we were successful at auction on that property and could not have been happier.
