definitely recommended
Vanessa put me at ease from the start, explaining the whole process to me and what I needed to do. She had great knowledge of the local market and gave me realistic expectations. Throughout the process she kept in regular contact with me and updated me on any open house results and potential buyers. She negotiated a great price for me and I believe both, myself and the buyer, were very happy customers in the end. I would definitely recommend Vanessa to anyone thinking of selling their property on the Central Coast.

An excellent result!
When I decided I wanted to sell my unit I went straight to Vanessa at Century 21. I knew she had extensive experience and local knowledge. In spite of one bedroom units being difficult to sell, Vanessa got me a sale in just 3 weeks and for a price that set a record for a one bedder in The Entrance! I'd recommend Vanessa and Century 21 without a moment's hesitation!
