Vanessa did everything she could to help the family and my mother through a very stressful time of selling my recently deceased 96 year old grandfathers home. Vanessa went well beyond most agents - and visited my mother many times, explained things a lot, dealt with my highly emotional mother going through grief, updated me a lot so I could understand what was going on. The agent who listed our unit for sale was initially Vanessa Roberts of Century 21 at The Entrance. Vanessa was then assisted by Sandy Ward so between the two someone would be available to show potential buyers 7 days a week. Both these ladies were very knowledgeable on the current market and also most helpful arranging cleaners and various other services that we required. We were kept up to date on open home viewings and any other enquiries and were always sent any offers in writing. The thing that impressed us, was, that they were so enthusiastic about the property and so conveyed to the potential buyers. The result was better than we anticipated and the sale went through as painless as possible. As we were not living in the area these ladies stepped in and attended to anything that was required, always with a smile and a can do attitude.
