My trust in Scott Falconer in the purchase of my late mothers estate.

Having been put in a very difficult position of wanting to buy out other beneficiaries in my late mothers estate at auction I had to trust Scott Falconer to give me accurate and unbiased information. PROFESSIONAL AND EMPATHETIC

Scott originally sold my mother her apartment in 2012. After her passing in March 2014, Scott showed nothing but empathy during the finalisation of mum's estate. He was always there when I needed him, whether an ear to listen to me, or an agent to explain the options I had for selling the apartment once probate was finalised. His professionalism in turning a three week campaign into the result we wanted exceeded all our expectations. Would highly recommend Scott if you are looking for a sensitive and hassle free sale. Scott, on a personal note, David and I can't thank you enough for all you did for us during this difficult time.
