Tim sold my investment property and from the outset was pleasant to deal with. he was also honest with all the costings involved and offered good advice and what advertising strategy to take. During the settlement process Tim kept in contact with me to advise and what stage we were at and he organised tradesmen to deal with some minor items raised in the Engineering report. I would use Tim again if selling a property.

My property was going to be a hard sell as it had long term tenants, the property was well maintained and clean, but required some work (especially the gardens) and was very cluttered. Julie Spano got to work behind the scenes and sold it off market to an investor for a price I was happy with.
