Tim has industry experience plus personal experience in selling a property. We have 3 Real Estate Agents living in our street and even before we were thinking of selling Tim was the most pro active locally with personal contact and introductions over a couple of years. We selected Tim after comparing him with other agents as he came up with some ideas in the sales marketing and had the sales maturity and experience from working in both the Eastern States market as well as the local market that differentiated him from the other sales people. He negotiated a price to include our furniture as we are downsizing which has made moving so much easier. Other agents didn't show any interest in the overall package just a house sell. He has also been pro active and informative after receiving the offer to ensure everything is completed. Happy with the result.
