About Ivy

Ivy Stevenson and her husband Bryan Stevenson set up their agency on The Myall Coast in 2004. Century 21 Coastal Properties specialises in selling properties in Tea Gardens, Hawks Nest, North Arm Cove, Pindimar, Bundabah, North to Bulahdelah and South to Raymond Terrace. Having moved to the area 15 years ago for a sea change, Ivy has a passion for property - having used property as an investment vehicle for themselves - she understands the importance of finding the right house for your needs. Ivy holds the record for the highest sales price of a residence in Shearwater, Tea Gardens. Ivy was President of the Myall Coast Chamber of Commerce & Tourism 2009 - 2011, and served on the Board of Destiny Haven, a not for profit residential facility for women struggling with life controlling issues, 2011-2013. Ivy and Bryan live in the area, with their 3 children and two dogs and one cat.

Ivy & Bryan were so easy to deal with.

Ivy and Bryan were amazing, after going through the loss of my daughter and brother, it was an very stressful time, and then to sell my house onto of that, but ivy made everything so easy and helped me so much with the whole process, so much care an compassion that she did not have to do, amazing people I could not recommend any higher, Genuine people.
