I highly recommend Darcy Kean who recently sold our property in Korora Bay. Darcy marketed the property very successfully leading to a great outcome, keeping us well informed throughout the process and providing exceptional advice. He managed negotiations in a highly professional and friendly manner. Darcy was approachable and available at all times and communicated clearly and effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending Darcy and his team for their knowledge, professionalism and integrity and, very importantly, for their friendliness, good humour and kindness.

Peter's knowledge of the market was astute. His asking price was top of the range and I did not expect to get it. His recommendation was spot on. When he insisted we wait after the first offer came in I trusted his judgement. He was right . I got my asking price and my apartment was sold within the week. His communication was excellent and I felt very looked after throughout the whole process. He calm and relaxed manner made selling a breeze. I recommend Peter without hesitation. Having sold a few properties, Peter's experience and expertise are the best I've worked with.

Normally I have little faith in real estate agents but after Peter Derby sold 4 out of4 blocks of my friend I thought I would give him a go. Peter not only sold my land ( 5 acres) in one week but achieved $20,000 more than I had put on the property for sale ($700,000). So I would recommend Peter and I am surprised at his results for my friend and myself.

Peter was successful in achieving three sales and an offer in a four lot Subdivision over a four month marketing campaign with sales averaging $600,000 per lot. Presale, Peter identified from local knowledge who likely purchasers might be and one of these subsequently purchased two lots. All of this was achieved with the Subdivision in a greenfield state and before most civil works had commenced.

In purchasing this property from Peter, he answered all my difficult question and really helped in terms of leaving a deposit , exchange and settlement. They also provide helpful information and support when I placed the property in his hands to find a tenant. He turned in from a buyer to a vendor.
