I have bought and sold several properties over the decades and I recently employed the services of Darcy and Peter to sell my beachfront property. It was hands down the best experience with a real estate agent I have ever had. Everything worked perfectly for a fairly difficult sale. The advice was clear and consistent, the negotiation between the buyer and myself was exceptional and the price agreed upon was perfect for both parties. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks, Darcy and Peter for a great result and happy experience.

Darcy is a great real estate agent with his honest approach and goes out of his way to keep both the purchaser and the vendor happy. I was very happy with the price I got for the property Darcy sold for me, he got over the asking price after a very well negotiated sale. I would thoroughly recommend Darcy to both family and friends and to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home.

Couldn't recommend the team and Sunburst highly enough. They used some great marketing techniques and seem to be at the forefront of online marketing where other agencies I have used have lagged behind. We were very happy with the communication from them and they did a great job in the final negotiation process working with us every step of the way. If I sell any more properties in the Coffs Harbour area I will definitely be using Sunburst again.
