I met Carolyn Russo several years ago at a time when my property was managed by another agent. Carolyn made the suggestion to renovate my apartment in order to attract a higher sale price. Following the renovations, I decided to keep the apartment for a little longer.  The renovations attracted a quality tenant and Century 21 Combined proceeded to manage my investment property.  I was once again looking to sell my investment property and called Carolyn. She was excited and enthusiastic about securing a great sale price for me and kept me updated with buyer feedback. There were some lower offers, but with Carolyn’s guidance, we persevered with the marketing and sold the property at above market price.
