Highly recommended
Carolyn was very patient with me and worked with me and not against at all stages. Great communication and knowledge in many areas other than market which were so helpful. Honest answers at all times and no conflict of interest looking after her clients with the upmost respect. Carolyn represented my interest at all times and I was able to trust her selling my property confidently knowing she will do it with my interest in mind. Friendly, warm, knowledgeable and helpful
Carolyn has been friendly, helpful, accessible and honest in her dealings with my husband and myself as we sought to buy our new house. Carolyn was flexible and professional and always got back to us when she said she would. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area we bought in as she lives locally herself and has worked in the real estate industry for a long time. Sonia is an absolute professional. She is clear and direct and leaves out all the fluff that I have experienced from other selling agents in the past, all while being polite and respectful. Outstanding and truly professional
I let Sonia run the show, with only one request, I must have fully update of everything for the sale of the house. After receiving all this information, we got together and came up with the realistic price for the area. Come auction all went to plan and we did better than Sonia's prediction.
