About Evgenia

Evgenia Ousta is the Head of Property Management at Century 21 Davelis & Co Blacktown, leading the Property Management team and working closely with landlords and tenants throughout Blacktown and the surrounding Western Sydney suburbs. With a hands-on approach to property management, Evgenia is passionate about protecting her clients’ investments and ensuring landlords feel informed, supported and confident in the management of their properties. Evgenia believes great property management comes down to communication, honesty, attention to detail and genuinely caring about the outcome. She takes the time to understand each landlord, their property and what is important to them, while providing practical advice throughout every stage of the tenancy. While Evgenia leads the Property Management department, she strongly believes that the service she provides would not be possible without the dedicated team behind her. She is proud to lead a team that shares the same commitment to their landlords, tenants and properties. For Evgenia, property management is personal. Every investment represents someone's hard work and future, and she believes it should be managed with the same level of care and attention she would expect for her own.

Outstanding communication

Recently needed to put my property back on to the rental market. C21 team did an amazing job. What especially stood out to me was the effort to promote my property not just on rental websites but also social media platforms. Everything was sophisticated and professional. Jenny and the team made sure everything was taken care for, right up and beyond the tenant moving in- all keys and locks logged, all reports completed, applications vetted and assessed. What was also fantastic was you could be involved as little or much as desired. Need the keys to view the property? No worries available. Don't have time to answer emails? No problem, relax- Everything is still rolling along. 100% recommend.

Sanity savers!

The team at Davelis & Co are absolutely the best. My last tenants were not so great and left the house in an absolute mess. The team not only helped navigate the bond claim, they helped coordinate rubbish removal, repairs and had the place leased so fast. I couldn’t be happier that I have such an incredible team supporting me navigate being a landlord with such ease.

Excellent Property Management and Communication

I've had a great experience renting through this agency. The team has always been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any maintenance requests or queries have been handled promptly, and I have always been kept informed throughout the tenancy. Their friendly and respectful approach has made renting a stress-free experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management team.
