Recently needed to put my property back on to the rental market. C21 team did an amazing job. What especially stood out to me was the effort to promote my property not just on rental websites but also social media platforms. Everything was sophisticated and professional. Jenny and the team made sure everything was taken care for, right up and beyond the tenant moving in- all keys and locks logged, all reports completed, applications vetted and assessed. What was also fantastic was you could be involved as little or much as desired. Need the keys to view the property? No worries available. Don't have time to answer emails? No problem, relax- Everything is still rolling along. 100% recommend.

The team at Davelis & Co are absolutely the best. My last tenants were not so great and left the house in an absolute mess. The team not only helped navigate the bond claim, they helped coordinate rubbish removal, repairs and had the place leased so fast. I couldn’t be happier that I have such an incredible team supporting me navigate being a landlord with such ease.

Century 21 Davis & Co secured the right tenant for our property within a week. Their marketing strategy was excellent, and they supported us throughout the process of choosing a suitable tenant. The team was friendly and easy to talk to. They took the time to answer our questions, explain the process and give us confidence that our property was in good hands. That support gave us real peace of mind. Their service has continued beyond finding a tenant. They check the property regularly and make sure it is being well maintained. We appreciate their care, communication and attention to detail in managing the rental. We’re very happy with the service we’ve received and would gladly recommend Century 21 Davis & Co to anyone looking for reliable, supportive rental property management.

When the lease expired just before Christmas—a notoriously difficult time to find tenants—they organised daily open home inspections, which is exceptionally rare. Their aggressive advertising campaign secured new tenants in record time, avoiding any costly downtime. I highly recommend Century 21 to any property investor.

When a tenant reversed into the gas meter and caused a leak, Jenny and Stavros immediately called emergency services, gas fitter/plumber and took full control while I was overseas. Without their fast action, the gas could have ignited and destroyed my property entirely. I highly recommend Century 21 to any property investor.
