We have been dealing with Jenny (Evgenia) in relisting our property. She has been very professional with continued updates from the opens (by video chats to our WhatsApp, emails and phone calls) and kept us up to date from the start. She found wonderful tenants and the whole process was stress free and very professional. We decided to replace our carpets in two bedrooms and Jenny had hybrid flooring installed the next day once we approved not to delay the rental process. We will definitely be referring her to our friends and family if they require similar services. 10 out of 10.

From the moment we came to see the apartment, Marchella who met us was kind and positive and helpful. The apartment was wonderful and all the follow up was professional and prompt - though I myself was slower to follow up. Everything was very seamless and thoughtful - I am a first time renter so this was important to me.
