Excellent overall communication from century staff in the whole process of renting my Granny flat
1) A personal touch by Century 21 Blacktown: Immediately i was informed (phone) by century 21 staff that the 6-month lease is over for my Granny Flat I liked the fact that Management called me by phone to inform me, i love that kind of communication 2) Market knowledge spot on: I was informed of the current rental for the Granny Flat that met my expectations, Century was right on the mark with the figures 3) Advertisement for lease: I was informed that at least 20 couples come through the opening and 5 actually made an application to rent, I was informed immediately after the open home by video 4) Assessing the candidates for rental: Out of the 5 candidates 3 candidates break down and references were assessed by Century and I was pleased to make the final decision, it was much easier for me to pick I need to stress how important this step is for me 5) No rental lost: Century 21 Blacktown staff completed the deal on the weekend, and tenants moved in that same weekend, I love that I lost no rental income 6) Negotiation skills: I was even happier when i was informed that Century 21 was able to better my expectations $ 7) Right choice: I have made the right choice in the pass and have Century 21 Blacktown manage my 4 homes, highly recommend Stavros and Jenny outstanding professionalism in every way Thank team Danny P
