Jenny (Evgenia) and Stavros from Century 21 Blacktown have been managing my Investment Property (House and Granny Flat) at Doonside for over 5 years. The Tenant at the Granny Flat recently gave notice to vacate. Jenny recommended a higher rental amount for the next Tenancy based on her Market Report. The Granny Flat was quickly advertised on realestate.com.au, domain and Century 21, and an Open Home was conducted on the following Saturday. All of this was done before the Tenant vacated. I inspected the Granny Flat after the Tenant vacated and found Paint Damage to 3 Walls. I informed the Team at Century 21 Blacktown and requested Repairs from the Tenant's Bond. The Team quickly organised Repairs by their trusted Painter. From the Open Home, I received some Rental Applications to consider. But, Jenny was able to recommend an Ideal Tenant that I readily accepted. The Granny Flat was leased to this new Tenant at a higher Rent in less than a week.
