Hello, I have bought and sold few properties in the past, this was the worst experience by far, It was all good until the property was sold, This property came with a tenant and John promised me that they will make sure when tenants moves out after a month it would be Century 21 and his responsibility that it would be neat and clean, We received house in worst condition possible after 4 weeks and no one from John or Century 21st wanted to take responsibility, They both were telling me to contact each other but no one was fixing the problem, I end up spending over $1000 for cleaning and fixing the property myself. I understand you are busy but you need to talk to people with respect and be available if someone having any issues, not just wipe your hands and walk away as properly is already sold now, your name could go long way, It is your responsibility as your promised me.
