'Knows his stuff!'
After having our property on the market (with a different agent) for some 3 months, with no success, we decided to change agents. So glad we did ! After contacting Anthony Ward of Century 21- Tea Tree Gully, he whizzed into action with a different (and obviously much better) marketing plan. The home was SOLD 10 days later, after the FIRST OPEN inspection ! And for a price we were very happy with! Anthony has been in the real estate game for many years and is a real professional who obviously 'knows his stuff.' He was a delight to have as our agent: as well as being incredibly efficient, and keeping us informed every step of the way, he is a genuinely likeable man . I would recommend him to anyone wishing to engage a real estate agent.

Fantastic Result
The sale of my property went smoothly and I achieved the top end of my asking price. This result is a direct reflection of Anthony's commitment to ensuring the best possible outcome. The signage, brochures, and web advertisement were all of the highest quality and created much interest in the listing. Throughout the openings, Anthony displayed his professionalism, property and market knowledge, and his communication skills. He followed up with inquiries and kept me fully appraised of the results of each open. My property sold after three weeks, the negotiations and contract signing were handled with discretion and respect to all parties and the entire process was stress-free. My thanks to Anthony and Emma for presenting my home in such a respectful manner and for their personable conduct throughout.

Excellent Agent
Anthony is a extremely ethical agent. He is hard working, protects vendor interests and deals with everyone in an approachable manner whilst still maintaining his professionalism. He keeps vendors informed and answers all calls and enquirers promptly. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him and I would highly recommend him as an agent. He makes the stressful time of selling a home much easier!

Fantastic down to earth and non-judgemental
As a young couple looking at buying a house many agents didnt bother even talking to us, looking at us like we couldnt afford their houses. The few who did talk to me spoke to me like i didnt know anything. As we walked into the home presented by andrew we were greated like everyone else, he spoke to us like everyone else, took our comments about our findings in the home seriously and later used what we said to help with price negotiations. This is what you want from an agent, someone who is open to selling the home without his own judgement getting in the way. He walked us through everything clearly during the entire process and made it a stress free process for us.

Fantastic agent.
My husband and I can highly recommend Anthony as this is the second time he has sold a property of ours. Top Agent!
Anthony had both blocks of land under contract after only one weekend of advertising on realestate.com. We had two offers on one block. Both blocks have now been sold with settlement going through without a hitch. Anthony has been great at keeping me in the loop as events happened. He shared good feedback from the buyers which I appreciated. Anthony has been upfront and honest to work with. Highly recommended.
