Our house sale was a nightmare!!! It took forever and we had several people put in offers which were just crazy! Eventually we got one which we accepted, but, the buyers had huge trouble getting their loans through. Settlement took nearly 4 months!! Jon not only talked US through the drama but also tried to help the buyers. His dedication to securing the sale, communication skills and positivity made a dreadful situation much more bearable.
