My wife and I had been to over 150 open inspections before we purchased our home with Davin. We had practically met every agent in Sydney, including most in the Hills area. In all the agents we came across during our property search, Davin was simply the best. Davin was happy to open the home for us outside of the Saturday open (multiple times) and was absolutely transparent with the interest in the house. Davin made clear to us what the vendors expectations were in terms of price and the settlement terms that they’d find attractive. This allowed us to craft our best offer that ultimately helped us secure the property. Davin is a genuine person, his integrity is second to none, and he absolutely defies the stereotype of a real estate agent. Davin’s ability to establish a genuine rapport with all people he deals with is his biggest strength, and often the key to success in drawing out the best offer from buyers. Davin is also extremely skilled in highlighting the potential of a home. Davin went above and beyond at every step of the process, from offer/acceptance, to exchange, to settlement. Davin also made sure to maintain the state of the pool, lawn and garden before settlement. We were especially impressed with Davin when he was able to help resolve a last minute disagreement we had with the vendor about an unfair contractual term, that if left unresolved, would have left us no choice but to walk away from this property. He leveraged his connections and experience to ultimately defuse what was undoubtedly a very stressful situation for all. Davin made a real effort to get to know us as people rather than buyers, a trait that is so incredibly rare in the industry.
