My wife and I had been to over 150 open inspections before we purchased our home with Davin. We had practically met every agent in Sydney, including most in the Hills area. In all the agents we came across during our property search, Davin was simply the best. Davin was happy to open the home for us outside of the Saturday open (multiple times) and was absolutely transparent with the interest in the house. Davin made clear to us what the vendors expectations were in terms of price and the settlement terms that they’d find attractive. This allowed us to craft our best offer that ultimately helped us secure the property.
