Tony is an excellent agent, good at the job and very personable. We had been in the same house for nearly 30 years and he gave us good advice not just on the process of selling but also on moving. As an experienced agent Tony is very familiar with local conditions, knowlegeable about the whole process of selling, interactions with development applications and local building plans and so on, and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate estimate of the likely sales price for our property. Tony gave us good feedback from the open days, was able to find the buyers who had a particular interest in our property and in the end got us a good price in what is currently a difficult market.
