Davin was recommended to me by my rental agent when it came time to sell. From my initial contact he was engaging and enthusiastic about our project. He guided me through the real estate sales process and kept me informed about the responses in the market throughout the campaign. I would recommend Davin as an honest, trustworthy, straightforward salesperson in the real estate industry

Joseph, Jane and the team achieved a great result for us in less than three weeks. They advised us how to prepare the house for sale as well as recommending excellent tradespeople, staging and photography. We have known Joseph for over 20 years. Joseph and his team are professional, and committed to getting the best outcome for their vendors. Joseph knows the area and his view on the price we would achieve was spot on. The process was easy to understand and Joseph and his team were always available, keeping us updated on a timely basis. We have sold a couple of houses over the years and this was the quickest and easiest process by far!

We have known Davin for many years. Honestly Davin’s knowledge and trustworthiness is his biggest assets. We knew as soon as we decided to put our house on the market the first person we called was Davin. Thank you Davin again and again for everything you did for us.

I’ve known and trusted Tony for many years as a local real estate agent, so he was the obvious choice to sell my mother’s home after she passed away. He had been the letting agent when we rented out her home after she moved into care, and he was also excellent in that capacity. Tony’s communication and knowledge are second to none, and his efforts in selling her home at the best possible price were fantastic. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Jospeh has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years. In fact he sold us our home 22 years ago and we did not consider going to anyone else when we decided it was time to move on. His knowledge and understanding of the hills area is outstanding. He provided all the support and guidance we needed and he was there to answer any questions we had quickly and patiently. At all times we felt Joseph was there to support us and he took a great deal of stress out of selling process. We never doubted he was going to do all he could to help us achieve the best result for our home and he definitely delivered. I could not recommend Joseph and his team more highly.

After living in Cheltenham for 26 years, and deciding we would sell, we knew we could do no better than go back to the Agent that sold us the home in the first place.Tony Aylmer. Tony has been working and living around our area and knows the market and the people like the back of his hand. We were not just happy with the outcome, we were very happy with the process that Tony and the team have in place for a successful marketing campaign and subsequent sale. He made us money, and he made us laugh. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Tony’s professionalism and Market knowledge was the difference between us getting a good result and a great result. His confidence in achieving a great price even in a softening market was very reassuring I would use Tony again and would recommend him to anyone who is considering selling their home .

We were selling an investment property and we know we needed to bring it up to scratch to maximise our sale value. We visited our property with Jospeh and his team and agreed those areas needing work, including painting, cleaning, styling, fixing lots of those small bits etc. Jospeh and team managed every small detail from quotes to getting the jobs done and bringing the property up to a great standard. Then he managed efficiently the open homes and secured us a buyer very quickly. Very pleased with the whole experience and ultimately a great price
