Tony is an excellent agent, good at the job and very personable. We had been in the same house for nearly 30 years and he gave us good advice not just on the process of selling but also on moving. As an experienced agent Tony is very familiar with local conditions, knowlegeable about the whole process of selling, interactions with development applications and local building plans and so on, and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate estimate of the likely sales price for our property. Tony gave us good feedback from the open days, was able to find the buyers who had a particular interest in our property and in the end got us a good price in what is currently a difficult market. We were very happy with Tony and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Beecroft area.

The family background of this real estate agency made them so trustworthy and their local knowledge is second to none. The Tan family are locals from way back. You will often see Davin making his own coffee behind the counter at their local coffee shop. Indicative eof the kind of person he is. Davin and Joseph were always willing to help wherever possible and their honesty is something we really appreciated. Never did we feel misled or in the dark- Davin and his team bent over backward to ensure we knew what was happening at all times. Davin assisted with trades and stylist and ensured that everything adhered to the timelines we wanted. Davin also showed empathy for the stress of the house-selling process- even when it did not affect him. He often checked in to see how we were doing.
