Before we signed them as our selling agents, He and Jane visited several times, gave advice as we renovated. We signed with Joseph, as he was a man of integrity, he was very professional and positive. His guide to the value of our property was realistic. After the first Open House, we received feedback and then some positive news that a buyer was serious about buying the house. Joseph worked tirelessly with us through the negotiation process and we achieved a great result. He was always gracious accepting our calls after hours and we never felt rushed when he spoke with us, he was always fully committed to us through this time. Joseph was upfront and professional. As sellers that had moved out of area, we were after more than just a tidy up, mow the lawns and putting up a for sale sign. Joseph (and his teams) handling of work that needed to be finished and getting the house ready was great and took a lot of pressure off us. The level of communication was good, keeping us informed and getting our input when they needed to. We approached three agents about the sale of our house and selected Joseph on the basis of his proposal being best "overall solution" for us and we're glad we did.

I highly recommend Davin if you are selling property.
