When we bought our property through Joseph at Century 21, we had been so impressed with the professionalism and integrity shown throughout the process, we didn’t hesitate to choose him again when it came time to sell it. We’re so glad we did, because not only did Joseph manage to get our property sold in record time (less than two weeks from open home to sold home) but he got us a price higher than anything we could have ever imagined, given the current Covid-19 crisis! The guy must be a magician! For us, the best agent is one that meets three criteria: honesty, integrity and results. Joseph meets all three. I’d be remiss if I didn’t say a heartfelt thank you to his team, especially Jane Yong who helped market the property in swift time and kept constant communication with us even after we moved overseas the week before the open home. 'They' say that selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences of your life, however, Joseph and his team certainly took most of that away. Right from the beginning when choosing an agent Joseph and Jane were the only agents who really did their homework and only needed one meeting (unlike others). We were guided every step of the way and Joseph gave very freely of his time whenever we had a question. He also instilled confidence and a feeling of 'it will all be alright', given the fact that about five days after our house went on the market COVID-19 took over the world and he made us feel that it really would be alright. His knowledge, professionalism and experience took over always with friendliness and warmth but always respect. We sold a week before auction and hence 'everything was alright on the night'. If we had to do it all over again there is only one person we would call - Joseph Tan.

I found Joseph to be an easy going professional with great respect for both buyer and seller. If I could give more stars than 5, I would. Davin was very easy to deal with and went out of his way to make the property look its best with out too much financial outlay. I was unable to be in Sydney through out of the sale, so Davin took care of all logistics, trades, conveyancing cleaning and the like at no extra cost. His manner is professional and engaging, without a trace of the off-putting overbearing insincerity that can be found in this field. We had a somewhat problematic property that needed the right buyer and I firmly believe a less intuitive agent would have taken much longer and not achieved our settlement target. I can unreservedly recommend Davin and his team at Century 21 as the finest estate agents in the area.
