We purchased our property 10 years ago from Davin Century 21. We really liked our house but, as our kids were growing up, we decided to sell our house. Without thinking about approaching other agents, I emailed Davin straight away. Immediately after, I got a call from him. This happened just before the pandemic. When we were ready to sell, coronavirus was affecting more and more people. We were only allowed one open home inspection. Being allowed only private inspections, Davin and his team would have to work harder, spending more time on this house. I became worried we would not be able to sell our property at a good price. Some agents putting their house prices down made me feel distressed. Davin would always update us by email and messages. He ensured me he was always working hard for us and I was confident that he would succeed in selling the house. Overall, our property sold during this difficult time. The main reason our property sold at a good price was all due to Davin's hard work and "strategy". If I had to do this all over again, I would definitely go to Davin. 'They' say that selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences of your life, however, Joseph and his team certainly took most of that away. Right from the beginning when choosing an agent Joseph and Jane were the only agents who really did their homework and only needed one meeting (unlike others). We were guided every step of the way and Joseph gave very freely of his time whenever we had a question. He also instilled confidence and a feeling of 'it will all be alright', given the fact that about five days after our house went on the market COVID-19 took over the world and he made us feel that it really would be alright. His knowledge, professionalism and experience took over always with friendliness and warmth but always respect. We sold a week before auction and hence 'everything was alright on the night'. If we had to do it all over again there is only one person we would call - Joseph Tan.
