21 years after purchasing our property through Joseph Tan, we again approached C21 to market our home. We knew that the property was in need of work, but we preferred to allow the new owners to make their own choices. Davin & Toby outlined what absolutely needed to be done, what we could expect and how the process would evolve. Then the market dropped dramatically. The team could not have done more to assist, and eventually, after 11 weeks on the market, we received an offer which we felt was acceptable. The price obtained was within our expectations prior to going to market, so considering the sudden downturn, we were very pleased with the result.
