Last year I had to sell my house in a hurry to know if I could buy the block of land that I wanted. I rang Century 21 at West Pennant Hills and we had our first open house on the Saturday. They kept constant communications with me to let me know about the people that had gone through my house and what they thought. 2 weeks later I had an offer. It was not enough but by the end of that week I got the price that I wanted. Century 21 care about their vendors and will get the best price possible for your property.
