Selling one’s property can be an emotional rollercoaster at the best of times and as we were not living in the property at the time of sale we needed someone to be at the coalface on our behalf. Davin was that man! He has such a vast array of skills, planner; organiser; negotiator; site manager; psychologist and motivator. Having him in complete lockstep in our absence throughout the entire process gave us huge confidence and calmed our nerves. Without a doubt he lives and breathes real estate and his knowledge and experience is awesome. But as we discovered there is far more to Davin than just professionalism. Living intrastate, as we were when we decided to sell our property, we were totally reliant on Jane to facilitate and organise every aspect of the sale. She became our eyes and ears on the ground, planning, organising, coordinating and implementing everything from start to finish. Jane therefore was totally hands on, sourcing quotes for styling and liaising with the stylists to provide a truly elegant end product. No matter how mundane, nothing was too much trouble and even on the day after the sale she was at the fuse box checking the AC master fuse!
