Selling one’s property can be an emotional rollercoaster at the best of times and as we were not living in the property at the time of sale we needed someone to be at the coalface on our behalf. Davin was that man! He has such a vast array of skills, planner; organiser; negotiator; site manager; psychologist and motivator. Having him in complete lockstep in our absence throughout the entire process gave us huge confidence and calmed our nerves. Without a doubt he lives and breathes real estate and his knowledge and experience is awesome. But as we discovered there is far more to Davin than just professionalism.
