We were so pleased we chose Davin and his team at Century 21 WPH to sell our Cherrybrook home. He did an amazing job of communicating with us throughout the whole process and we really appreciated the time Davin put in explaining each step to us. He was always reliable, available and kept us in the loop the whole time. He has a great sense of humour which helped to lighten some stressful moments. When it came to the final negotiations, we were very pleased with the way he handled it discretely and we were so thrilled to see the big red SOLD sign on the advertising board at the front of the house after three weeks - without even going to auction! We would wholeheartedly recommend Davin and his team at Century 21 WPH if you are contemplating selling your home.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Joseph and Viviane from Century 21 West Pennant Hills. Their communication and knowledge was excellent. The ease of which they helped me sell my property was outstanding. So little effort required from me for which I'm most grateful! Nothing was too much for them from helping arrange handy men to cleaning leaves out the pool themselves! Delighted the house sold and the advice from Joseph gave me the confidence and security that I was in good hands. Thank you.

After our phone conversation, I was excited to meet Davin in person. Well, he didn't let us down, he was very easy to talk to, a lovely family man with great respect and honesty. Everything was so transparent and flowed beautifully and after discussing how to tweek our home for display with great suggestions, our home sold in 4 HOURS after the first 'Open House'! We had 11 families through with 7 taking contracts WOW!!! and the result was well above what we expected for this Cherrybrook Zone. This experience was fun exciting and pleasurable. We so appreciated the continual support, ongoing followup calls, keeping us in the loop at all times, attention to detail and the support of the TEAM at C21. We would have no hesitation in recommending Davin and the Team whose competency showed through the whole experience and made it that much easier and stress free. Unil is a very experienced agent. Overall speaking, he is accountable and very helpful. However, we had a very serious misunderstanding between each other, which put me in risk of losing 10% deposit. My original purpose was to sell my house and buy a better one. Unil recommended me using buyer's 10% deposit to pay for the new house, but he never told me that his company would deduct commission fee from that 10%. When buyer authorised 21st century to release that 10% deposit, they deducted commission fee without notice. I had only 2 hours left to borrow money in order to pay for the new house. Unil helped me discuss with his boss not to deduct commission fee because there was only 2 hours left and I might not be able to borrow enough money. His boss declined my request and left me in risk. I would say that a company that put its own benefit on top of its customer's can never become a great company. 21st century is cold blooded and I would never recommend 21st century to anyone.

Once we decided to put our property up for sale, we knew immediately we need to call Jane. This is not the first time Jane has helped us with our properties, whether it is buying, selling or just advising . Again, she proved to be excellent in helping us sell our property from the beginning to the end. She is very "in touch " with every aspects of the transaction and we could just sit back and let her handle everything. We have been living in Cherrybrook for 10 years, and we have seen a lot of ‘For Sale’ signs from Century 21 Joseph Tan. In fact, just in last two years, they have sold few houses in our street. Plus we have noticed Joseph Tan has sponsored many community events in this area. So we have a very good impression about Joseph Tan Century 21. We first met Joseph & Viviane in person when we viewed open homes. Their approach and the way they spoke to the buyers further increased our confidence to them. They were always informative and showed buyers respect which is a rare trait in real estate these days. So when it came to listing our home for sale they were an obvious standout. Joseph was very professional and with his 30+ years’ experience, we were more than confident he and his team could achieve a good sale for us. I entertained selling my property on and off for 3 years. Davin patiently provided me advice during that time, including one failed launch to market, without the slightest complaint. He was always available to answer questions, and always provided unbiased balanced advice to assist me to make the right decision for me, rather than what would increase his chances of getting a listing. Davin and his team work so hard and go well beyond the call of duty. Davin not only managed my sale campaign, but he also provided much of the project management of the refurbishment pre sale, introducing me to many quality tradespeople. He also negotiated with my tenants to exit the lease early. I have worked in real estate for 15 years. I have found that people in real estate are either very successful or very honest - and these characteristics often polarise each other.
