Toby was proactive listing the property for sale and arranging for a street sign, online advertising and photography. The photographs of the property were brilliant. Offers were considered prior to the property being open for inspection and an offer at the top of the range was accepted soon after the property was advertised. This took away of the stress of having open house days and considering further offers and it gave us the certainty to proceed with our plans to move.
