We would like to thank and congratulate Davin for the excellent price he helped to achieve on selling our investment property at Baulkham Hills. $950,000 sale price for our townhouse is a record in the complex now. After 3-year out on rental, due to the carelessness of the tenants, the property we left with needed a lot of fixes & clean-up. Davin stepped in from day 1 of preparation for sale. With his extensive connections with painters / carpet layers / gardeners, Davin arranged those tradesmen who swang into actions. Within 6 weeks, walls were freshly painted, damaged carpets were replaced with brand new ones, the garden was put in shape with suitable plants.
