We received advise from the preparation of the house for sale through to the various options for putting the house on the market as this was our first time to go through this process. They took us through the valuation process so we see where value is and not want we want to sell. The communication process was very high and we greatly appreciate all their cooperation and assistance as this made us feel comfortable and confident with the sale process. We have no hesitation in recommending Joseph and his team to any prospective customers.

We sold a 2 bedroom unit with Joseph, Jane and the rest of the team. Joseph was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Joseph helped us every step of the way, kept us informed and always did what he said he would. Joseph secured our sale at a great price in just a couple of weeks. Joseph even helped with styling the rooms to ensure our property was presented at its best to buyers.

I cannot recommend Davin highly enough! From start to finish, Davin's service was exceptional. We initially had Century21 WPH manage our property as a rental, and when it came time to sell, Davin took charge with remarkable efficiency and care. Being interstate, we were concerned about managing the sale remotely. However, Davin alleviated all our worries by arranging for all the necessary contractors to prepare the house for sale. He even put us in touch with a talented stylist who helped make our home shine. Throughout the entire process, Davin kept us informed and involved, ensuring we were always in the loop. Selling a family home is an enormous task, but Davin's dedication and expertise made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and proactive approach truly set him apart. If you're looking for a top-notch agent, especially if you’re managing the process from afar, Davin is the one to trust. Thank you, Davin, for making this significant transition as seamless as possible!

Davin was excellent throughout the whole process of buying our new home. We initially didn't plan on viewing this house, but he identified it fit with our requirements and suggested we see it. We're so glad that he did! He was very accommodating with additional inspections, and with suggestions for how the home could be extended. He was friendly but professional, and we got a realistic view of the vendor's expectations. He replied to queries promptly and helped smooth out the negotiation and exchange process, making it relatively easy and quick. We would recommend Davin to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
