From the outset Davin provided valuable insights and used his vast experience in guiding us in the preparation of the property for sale. Throughout the sale process we were kept informed and advised on all matters relating to the open houses and subsequent offers . Davin made the process easy with his obvious knowledge of the local market , his enthusiasm and his honest approach to the job . The full C21 team including Jane Yong and the Admin. staff were most impressive and I would recommend them to any prospective seller .

We recently sold our home with the help of Joseph Tan and Jane Yong from Century 21, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a deep sense of empathy and understanding of our family situation, guiding us through the entire process with great patience and care. Joseph and Jane went above and beyond by offering invaluable advice on how to enhance the presentation of our home, suggesting cost-effective improvements and connecting us with reliable tradespeople. Their professionalism, hard work, and tireless efforts made what was initially a nerve-wracking journey much more manageable. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to achieve a final selling price that exceeded our expectations. The entire process—from planning and preparing the property for sale, to marketing and finally exchanging contracts—was handled with utmost professionalism and support. We are incredibly grateful to have embarked on this journey with Joseph and Jane, and we completed it with a strong sense of triumph. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Century 21 Joseph Tan to anyone considering selling their property. Davin& Jane have been the best, most knowledgeable and professional property agents we could ever possibly asked for. We bought the property via Tan’s family initially. The experience has been fantastic since day one back then. Davin and his entire team know my family well, understand our expectations and really treat us with the most family-like and professional manner with great respect throughout the entire sales journey. They set us the expectations upfront in all honesty, keep us informed and provided detailed feedback from every house opening. Understand our house isn’t the best popular ones that attracts lots of buyers and it definitely would not be an easy sale by any random agent in the market. It required the most skillful and caring sales that can work well with me consistently. I’m very fortunate and grateful to have right people looking after me. They managed to run the sales campaign as efficient and smooth as possible which gave me the much needed confidence to achieve what we wanted. Fantastic result in the end within just couple of weeks openings. We are really happy with the result achieved. Now we are looking to buy a bigger home in the area again and very much looking forward to getting help from Tan’s family for our purchase. I would highly recommend Davin& Jane to anyone wishes to sell or buy properties. Being one of the longest agents from the Hills area with two generations, entire family running the business. You simply cannot go wrong with them. I can’t thank Davin and the team enough for everything they’ve done for us. We are truly over the mood!
