Continued Excellence
12 years ago my wife and I offered Sam the opportunity sell our home in Cotswold Hills estate area and we were not disappointed of the overall outcome. In the latter part of 2017 my father needed to sell his home as he was moving into a nearby Age Care facility to live. As I was very happy with the result Sam achieved for us 12 years prior, I approached Sam to market and sell my father's home. I found Sam had continued to keep abreast of technology and marketing strategies to assist in the selling of homes. Again, Sam did not disappoint and achieved an excellent outcome for my father. I highly recommend Sam to market and sell your home as he is methodical and sure footed in his approach and does go above and beyond.

Honest and Knowledgable
Met Geoffrey some 10 years ago when he sold me a parcel of land upon which we constructed a duplex. Geoffrey sold both the units. About a year ago I consulted Geoffrey about a further parcel of land I was considering buying with a view to developing.Whilst Geoffrey was not the selling agent his insight and advise was invaluable.'
