Sam first showed me the above property in January of this year when I was really just investigating the possibility of moving from Inverell in NSW to the Toowoomba area. I liked the unit and when my home in Inverell had a settlement date I contacted Sam again when I started seriously looking for somewhere in the Toowoomba area. I particularly wanted a unit or small house in the Highfields area as my family lives here. During this time I looked at approximately 20 units in different parts of Toowoomba but the unit in Kalimna Drve remained my most preferred in terms of location, price and size. I had decided to rent a unit for six months while the lease on the property was current and had looked at several options when Sam contacted me to ask if I would like him to ask the tenant about moving out earlier. He did this and with great consideration towards myself and the tenant negotiated for the current lease to end when the tenant found another place to move. Additionally Sam smoothed the way with some questions about the Body Corporate rules relating to parking. He regularly contacted me with any updates or to check in with my progress while moving. Sam also assisted with local knowledge when I needed a solicitor and building checks, offering several options. I found the whole team at Century 21 to be most helpful and friendly and believe the move from NSW has been made relatively stress free as a result. I am most appreciative of all the support.
