His assessment of the probable sale price was spot on and his contacts within the development industry proved invaluable. What was particularly impressive was his knowledge of the market in relation to development potential which I understand has come from past personal involvement and also the strategy adopted with the sale that resulted in a prompt and economical result. Rather than simply placing large and expensive advertisements Geoffrey is the first to recommend other options and get real value from a marketing budget. Some agents lose interest after a contract becomes unconditional but Geoffrey follows the sale through to settlement to ensure the deal is sealed. Sam recently sold my house at 6 Sardon St Toowoomba. After having multiple agents appraise the property i chose to work with Sam. Sam was very easy to deal with and what i most appreciated is both himself and his colleague Matt always called me as soon as they had any update on inspections or feedback from potential buyers. They walked me through the process professionally and when it came to negotiation they held out for the price i was asking. This house needed substantial work and after the first contract fell through they were still very optimistic of a sale. They would have completed 15+ inspections of the house with potential buyers and always positive about securing a sale.
