Only Toowoomba agent I would consider
I had the pleasure of buying and selling through Ted Marsden of Toowoomba's Century 21 in the past, and on the basis of those positive experiences had no hesitation in listing my property with Sam. Sam handled my property as a true professional, helping overcome a number of difficulties. We had to weather some challenges along the way due to contractual issues, but in the end Sam achieved the outcome I'd been hoping for. Highly recommended.

A Professional Operator
My wife and I recently sold our investment property with the assistance of Sam Marsden from Century 21 in Toowoomba. The home was 16 years old and was in need of some minor work before we sent it to market. From the outset Sam & his team provided some great advice, direction and called on the support of some local tradesman to ensure we invested money in the right areas to maximise not only the value of the property but to ensure a quick sale. Whilst we had to show some flexibility in price to meet the market we were extremely happy with the overall outcome of the sale.
